Sarah Namukasa Odhiambo
Teacher at Kikuyu High School, loves economics
- 🇰🇪 Kikuyu, Kiambu, Kenya
- Kikuyu High School
- 1998 to 2019
- English, Swahili
I came to teaching late, after working as a postal worker, and 21 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I coached the school's football team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Sarah
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to Sarah: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
