Lucky Yakubu Gbadamosi

Youth athletics coach and mentor

  • 🇳🇬 Kano, Kano, Nigeria
  • Greenfield Football Club
  • 1999 to 2022
  • English
For 23 years I ran the athletics program at Greenfield Football Club in Kano. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather. Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
