I've coached netball at Duque de Caxias Kilimanjaro Sports Club since 1981. Most of my players were between 12 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I garden badly but happily.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
What gifts mean to Luciana: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
