Lola Amaka Alabi

Teacher at Asaba Secondary School, loves mathematics

🇳🇬 Asaba, Delta, Nigeria
Asaba Secondary School
Since 1991
English, Yoruba

I teach mathematics at Asaba Secondary School in Asaba since 1991. Most days I teach Year 9, and I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk. Over the years I've had 910 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

More about Lola

If you were in my Year 9 class, you probably remember the day the fire alarm went off during the exam.

Subjects taught

Mathematics Physics

What gifts mean to Lola: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
