Lemma Habtamu Demissie
Software mentor, Addis Ababa
- 🇪🇹 Addis Ababa, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
- Good Shepherd Foundation
- 2001 to 2013
- English
For twelve years I've mentored people in software and careers. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
I'm still learning every day.
