Lalita Thanaporn Chantarasri
Master of baking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇹🇭 Phuket, Phuket, Thailand
- Little Phuket Trades Guild
- 2008 to 2019
- English, Thai
I'm a baking specialist. If you live around Phuket, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I'm usually the first one in and the last to leave.
More about Lalita
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Lalita: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
