For 45 years I've run the wrestling program at Mombasa Athletic Club in Mombasa. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
