Katarzyna Monika Szczepański
Mentor in first-generation students and small business
- 🇵🇱 Gdańsk, Pomerania, Poland
- Brookfield Learning Hub
- Since 1985
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 780 people through Brookfield Learning Hub.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Katarzyna
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
