For nine years I ran the chess program at Brookfield Boxing Gym in Piraeus. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
What gifts mean to Charikleia: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
