Bintou Safiatou Mbaye
Software mentor, Poitiers
- 🇫🇷 Poitiers, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, France
- Poitiers Mentoring Circle
- Since 1997
- French
For 29 years I've mentored people in software and nursing. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
More about Bintou
If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.
What gifts mean to Bintou: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
