Athumani Njoroge Barasa
Coached basketball for eight years in Kisumu
- 🇰🇪 Kisumu, Kisumu, Kenya
- Riverside Sports Club
- 2018 to 2025
- English
For eight years I ran the basketball program at Riverside Sports Club in Kisumu. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never once raised my voice.
More about Athumani
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
