I taught history at Oakwood Middle School in Beersheba from 1980 to 2002. Most days I taught mixed-ability classes, and I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
Over the years I had 730 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

You probably don't remember me, I sat by the window in 1996. I remember you. Greetings from Kisumu.

You taught me history in 2002 at Oakwood Middle School. I still remember the day we all got the giggles in assembly
