I have worked as a call-centre agent for 12 years, and I'm 41. After the factory closing, I decided to move into digital marketing, and I have completed an online certificate. What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my resume and portfolio, a realistic view of the job market in Bagmati, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
