Yetunde is opening a language school and needs a mentor who has done it

A short monthly mentoring call on pricing, suppliers and bookkeeping would help a first-time founder.

I'm launching a language school in Epe next December. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out. I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a language school, willing to have a monthly call for the first six months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers. If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it. Glad we found this place.

  • Wishing you peace. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. After 17 years in teaching I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Thinking of Epe.

    • Thinking of you and your family. Hope the shop reopens soon. All the best

      • Sending love. Shared this with my family. Thinking of Epe.

Wishing you peace, Yetunde. Small businesses are the heart of Epe. Hope you're open again soon. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. All the best.
