Yard rescue for Swapnil, 82: fallen trees and overgrown beds
Fallen branches and overgrowth are blocking Swapnil's path; a few hours of help would make a big difference.

I'm 82 and I have lived in this house in Kochi for 34 years. After the storm in August, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of a heart condition.
The council has told me it will be six weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: two people with loppers and a wheelbarrow. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

so sorry you're going through this. Hope the doctors have good news. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry
