Yard rescue for Soledad, 87: fallen trees and overgrown beds
Garden rescue day in Oaxaca de Juárez: bring gloves and a rake.
🇲🇽 Oaxaca de Juárez, Oaxaca, Mexico462 views
I'm 87 and I have lived in this house in Oaxaca de Juárez for 21 years. After the storm in December, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of poor eyesight.
The council has told me it will be six weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: two people with loppers and a wheelbarrow. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

Sending love. Hope this works out for you. Thinking of Oaxaca de Juárez!
Stay strong. I work in healthcare and wanted you to know people are on your side. Love from Lagos
Hope things get better soon, Soledad. Looking forward to the next update.
stay strong. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. I have a 7 year old who wants to send good wishes too.
take care, Soledad. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected.
