Yard rescue for Simone, 80: fallen trees and overgrown beds
Fallen branches and overgrowth are blocking Simone's path; a few hours of help would make a big difference.

I'm 80 and I have lived in this house in Petrópolis for 44 years. After the storm in December, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of a recent fall.
The council has told me it will be six weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: two people with loppers and a wheelbarrow. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.
