Yard rescue for Rafaela, 76: fallen trees and overgrown beds
Rafaela, 76, can no longer manage the yard after a storm; we're looking for helpers with chainsaws and rakes.

I'm 76 and I have lived in this house in Maringá for 38 years. After the storm in March, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of arthritis.
The council has told me it will be six weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: a small team to cut, stack and carry away branches. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.
Thank you for reading my story.

shared it with a few friends. Wish I lived closer to Kediri so I could bring a meal.
Thinking of you. Looking forward to the next update. My mother had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Greetings from Mannheim.
So sorry you're going through this. This could happen to any of us. Love from Badagry
