Yard rescue for Nova, 71: fallen trees and overgrown beds
Fallen branches and overgrowth are blocking Nova's path; a few hours of help would make a big difference.

I'm 71 and I have lived in this house in Los Angeles for 26 years. After the storm in August, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of arthritis.
The council has told me it will be eight weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: a small team to cut, stack and carry away branches. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

Stay strong, Nova. Shared it with a few friends. Love from San Antonio.
You're not alone, Nova. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. I hope December is when things finally get easier. All the best.
