Yard rescue for Meenakshi, 88: fallen trees and overgrown beds
Meenakshi, 88, can no longer manage the yard after a storm; we're looking for helpers with chainsaws and rakes.

I'm 88 and I have lived in this house in Rohini for 31 years. After the storm in May, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of a heart condition.
The council has told me it will be six weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: two people with loppers and a wheelbarrow. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

Hang in there. Shared this with my family. My neighbor in Istanbul donated after I showed her your page. Greetings from Istanbul.
Sending love, Meenakshi. Gave what I could, wish it was more.
