Yard rescue for Mateo, 91: fallen trees and overgrown beds
Garden rescue day in Mar del Plata: bring gloves and a rake.

I'm 91 and I have lived in this house in Mar del Plata for 45 years. After the storm in April, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of a recent fall.
The council has told me it will be eight weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: two people with loppers and a wheelbarrow. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

Thanks for sharing this, Mateo. I hope things turn around soon. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money.
I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Greetings from Uberlândia
