Yard rescue for Lucky, 83: fallen trees and overgrown beds
Lucky, 83, can no longer manage the yard after a storm; we're looking for helpers with chainsaws and rakes.
🇳🇬 Badagry, Lagos, Nigeria1,010 views
I'm 83 and I have lived in this house in Badagry for 47 years. After the storm in June, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of poor eyesight.
The council has told me it will be eight weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: two people with loppers and a wheelbarrow. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.
