Yard rescue for Lillian, 91: fallen trees and overgrown beds
Fallen branches and overgrowth are blocking Lillian's path; a few hours of help would make a big difference.

I'm 91 and I have lived in this house in Fresno for 32 years. After the storm in August, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of arthritis.
The council has told me it will be twelve weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: two people with loppers and a wheelbarrow. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

Hope things get better soon. I work in healthcare and wanted you to know people are on your side. Our whole street has been following this since the weekend. Take care.
Good luck, Lillian. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. My husband and I read this together. Blessings.
Good luck, Lillian. Looking forward to the next update. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too. Blessings.
Sending good thoughts, Lillian. Hope you get there. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. God bless.
