Yard rescue for Lea, 78: fallen trees and overgrown beds
Lea, 78, can no longer manage the yard after a storm; we're looking for helpers with chainsaws and rakes.

I'm 78 and I have lived in this house in Hannover for 46 years. After the storm in August, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of arthritis.
The council has told me it will be six weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: two people with loppers and a wheelbarrow. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.
I hope life is good to you.

Wishing you the best. Hope the doctors have good news. I'll check back for the next update. Thinking of Hannover.
Sending love, Lea. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier.
Best of luck, Lea. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. All the best.
