Yard rescue for Kübra, 74: fallen trees and overgrown beds
Garden rescue day in İzmir: bring gloves and a rake.

I'm 74 and I have lived in this house in İzmir for 40 years. After the storm in September, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of poor eyesight.
The council has told me it will be six weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: someone with a chainsaw, plus a few people with rakes and gloves. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.
