Yard rescue for Francesco, 80: fallen trees and overgrown beds
Garden rescue day in Rome: bring gloves and a rake.
🇮🇹 Rome, Lazio, Italy341 views
I'm 80 and I have lived in this house in Rome for 41 years. After the storm in September, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of arthritis.
The council has told me it will be twelve weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: a small team to cut, stack and carry away branches. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.
Thanks for being kind about this.
