Yard rescue for Easton, 86: fallen trees and overgrown beds
Garden rescue day in Birmingham: bring gloves and a rake.

I'm 86 and I have lived in this house in Birmingham for 25 years. After the storm in April, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of arthritis.
The council has told me it will be twelve weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: someone with a chainsaw, plus a few people with rakes and gloves. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.

best of luck, Easton. Shared this with my family. After 28 years in accounting I know how hard it's to ask for anything. All the best
Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. My neighbor in Lviv donated after I showed her your page. Blessings
