Yard rescue for Carmen, 83: fallen trees and overgrown beds
Garden rescue day in Syracuse: bring gloves and a rake.

I'm 83 and I have lived in this house in Syracuse for 40 years. After the storm in May, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of a heart condition.
The council has told me it will be twelve weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: a small team to cut, stack and carry away branches. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Hope it all works out, Carmen. Hope you get there. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double
