Yard rescue for Alessia, 84: fallen trees and overgrown beds
Garden rescue day in Venice: bring gloves and a rake.

I'm 84 and I have lived in this house in Venice for 41 years. After the storm in September, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of a heart condition.
The council has told me it will be twelve weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: two people with loppers and a wheelbarrow. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.
Thanks for being kind about this.

So sorry you're going through this, Alessia. Looking forward to the next update. My father had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Blessings
