Yamini needs a guide into project management - monthly calls
Seeking an experienced project management professional for guidance on the transition from retail manager.
๐ฎ๐ณ India1,359 views
I have worked as a retail manager for 11 years, and I'm 56. After being laid off, I decided to move into project management, and I have completed a bootcamp.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my interview answers, a realistic view of the job market in Maharashtra, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for six months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

Thinking of you and your family, Yamini. Gave what I could, wish it was more. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. God bless!
keep going. It takes guts to ask. Well done. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money
wishing you the best, Yamini. Hope you make a strong comeback. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day.
Hope things get better soon. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. Take care
Thinking of you and your family, Yamini. Gave what I could, wish it was more. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too. Blessings.
Take care, Yamini. Small businesses are the heart of Thane. Hope you're open again soon.
