Work-ready: help Maria get a second-hand smartphone for a delivery job
Looking for a second-hand smartphone for a delivery job for work - a small thing that unlocks a steady income.
🇺🇸 Syracuse, New York, United States111 views
I have been offered a job as a warehouse assistant in Syracuse, starting in November. The job requires a second-hand smartphone for a delivery job, and I can't afford one. I have been unemployed for 12 weeks.
A new or used one is welcome. If you have one sitting unused, That would really help.
I'm a hard worker, with three references available. I can collect the item anywhere within 13 km of Syracuse.
I'll take great care of it, and I'll return the favor by helping the next person in the same situation.
I can arrange my own transport; please just let me know it's available.
Thanks for being kind about this.

Stay strong, Maria. Your post was clear and honest. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Blessings.
It takes guts to ask. Well done. Wish I lived closer to Sheffield so I could bring a meal
Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Put this on a community board in Kano this morning. Greetings from Kano.
