Winter coats and boots for 7 children at Jacaranda Refugee Centre in Alcalá de Henares
A simple way to help: donate warm clothing for kids at Jacaranda Refugee Centre.

I coordinate donations at Jacaranda Refugee Centre in Alcalá de Henares. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled.
We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes toddler through teen. If you're in Alcalá de Henares, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at Jacaranda Refugee Centre on Monday between 9am and 3pm.
If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate.
Items go to families directly and the rest to the Jacaranda Refugee Centre clothing bank, which is open to everyone.
Thank you for reading my story.

Stay strong, Sofía. I hope your landlord gives you a bit more time while this comes together. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double
You're not alone, Sofía. I hope your landlord gives you a bit more time while this comes together. Don't give up. Blessings.
Take care. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Love from Mangaluru.
Sending good thoughts. Hope you get there. Wish I lived closer to Buenos Aires so I could bring a meal. Thinking of Alcalá de Henares
