Winter coats and boots for 36 children at Lotus Women's Shelter in Vadodara
A simple way to help: donate warm clothing for kids at Lotus Women's Shelter.
🇮🇳 Vadodara, Gujarat, India1,179 views
I coordinate donations at Lotus Women's Shelter in Vadodara. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled.
We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes toddler through teen. If you're in Vadodara, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at Lotus Women's Shelter on Friday between 10am and 2pm.
If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate.
Items go to families directly and the rest to the Lotus Women's Shelter clothing bank, which is open to everyone.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.
