I coordinate donations at the Union Mosque in Bucaramanga. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled. We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes 2 to 14 years. If you're in Bucaramanga, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at the Union Mosque on Saturday between 11am and 2pm. If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate. Items go to families directly and the rest to the the Union Mosque clothing bank, which is open to everyone. Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

      • Sending good thoughts, Cristian. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. I have a 17 year old who wants to send good wishes too. Thinking of Bucaramanga.
