Winter coats and boots for 26 children at Cedar Women's Shelter in Howrah

I coordinate donations at Cedar Women's Shelter in Howrah. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled. We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes kids' 3 to 5 and women's S-L. If you're in Howrah, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at Cedar Women's Shelter on Saturday between 10am and 3pm. If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate. Items go to families directly and the rest to the Cedar Women's Shelter clothing bank, which is open to everyone. Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.
