Winter coats and boots for 24 children at the Union Community Church in Rio de Janeiro
Coats, boots, hats and gloves are needed before the rains.

I coordinate donations at the Union Community Church in Rio de Janeiro. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled.
We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes 2 to 14 years. If you're in Rio de Janeiro, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at the Union Community Church on Friday between 11am and 2pm.
If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate.
Items go to families directly and the rest to the the Union Community Church clothing bank, which is open to everyone.
