I coordinate donations at the Jacaranda Mosque in Kediri. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled. We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes kids' 3 to 5 and women's S-L. If you're in Kediri, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at the Jacaranda Mosque on Tuesday between 9am and 3pm. If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate. Items go to families directly and the rest to the the Jacaranda Mosque clothing bank, which is open to everyone. I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

  • Keep going. I hope your landlord gives you a bit more time while this comes together. I'll check back for the next update. All the best

    • Best of luck. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. I hope November is when things finally get easier. Blessings.
