I coordinate donations at the Baobab Primary School in Narayanganj. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled. We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes kids' 3 to 5 and women's S-L. If you're in Narayanganj, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at the Baobab Primary School on Thursday between 9am and 4pm. If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate. Items go to families directly and the rest to the the Baobab Primary School clothing bank, which is open to everyone. Thanks for being kind about this.

  • Thanks for sharing this, Nasrin. I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better.
