Winter coats and boots for 18 children at the Union Mosque in Xalapa

I coordinate donations at the Union Mosque in Xalapa. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled. We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes toddler through teen. If you're in Xalapa, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at the Union Mosque on Tuesday between 9am and 4pm. If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate. Items go to families directly and the rest to the the Union Mosque clothing bank, which is open to everyone. If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people.
