Winter coats and boots for 12 children at the Acacia Mosque in Mar del Plata

I coordinate donations at the Acacia Mosque in Mar del Plata. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled. We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes toddler through teen. If you're in Mar del Plata, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at the Acacia Mosque on Friday between 10am and 2pm. If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate. Items go to families directly and the rest to the the Acacia Mosque clothing bank, which is open to everyone. I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.
