I coordinate donations at the Jacaranda Community Church in Karachi. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled. We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes 4-12. If you're in Karachi, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at the Jacaranda Community Church on Saturday between 9am and 4pm. If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate. Items go to families directly and the rest to the the Jacaranda Community Church clothing bank, which is open to everyone. Thank you so much.

gave what I could, wish it was more. I have a 11 year old who wants to send good wishes too.

      • Stay strong, Zara. A secure home matters so much. Hope you're settled soon. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. Love from Port Harcourt.

        • Shared it with a few friends. Wish I lived closer to Gwangju so I could bring a meal.

          • thinking of you, Zara. Shared it with a few friends. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money. Blessings.
