Wendy's rice crop is failing - can an expert help?
Wendy, a smallholder in England, is facing rising soil salinity and needs advice from an agronomist.

I farm 5 hectares of rice in England. This season I'm dealing with rising soil salinity. I've tried what the local suppliers recommended, but results aren't improving.
I'm looking for an agronomist or experienced grower who can look at photos, soil-test results and my planting plan, and advise on what to change. A 30-minute call or exchange of messages would be fantastic.
I'm happy to share photos and a soil test. I'm using only what I can afford, so low-cost suggestions are best. I'll share how it goes - and what worked - to help others in the community.
Thank you so much.

Good luck, Wendy. Shared it with a few friends!
Wishing you peace, Wendy. Hope you make a strong comeback. Sent it to 40 people at work. Thinking of Manchester.
Thinking of you, Wendy. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. We're a small family in Madrid but we're thinking of you. Blessings!
