Thika
Cedar Women's Co-op is a small seniors' association in Thika that serves about 338 people each year. We've been running on word of mouth and social media, and we need a simple website with information, volunteer sign-up and a donate button. We have the content, logo and photos ready. We need someone who can design and build it, and show our volunteer how to update it. We'd estimate 20-30 hours of work. Ideally it should be fast on mobile, accessible, and use inexpensive hosting. We have a domain already. Please reply with a link to similar work. We can't pay, but we can offer a reference, a public thank-you, and a lot of thanks. I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

  • Praying for you, John. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Thinking of Thika.

    • You're not alone, John. Hope you get there. I hope April is when things finally get easier. Blessings

      • Rooting for you, John. It takes guts to ask. Well done. We're a small family in Houston but we're thinking of you. Blessings.

        • Stay strong. Projects like this are what make a place worth living in. Take care.

          • praying for you, John. More neighborhoods should do this!
