We lost everything in the landslide: help the Millbrook district start over
Neighbors in the Millbrook district are rebuilding after the landslide; every contribution goes to materials and supplies.

The landslide hit the Millbrook district on 25 June. My home was one of 33 damaged, and 9 families are still in temporary shelter at a borrowed warehouse.
The first few days we shared what little we had. Now the cleanup has started, but we've no money for materials and winter or the rainy season is coming.
Schools in the area have been closed, and the clinic lost its cold storage for vaccines. We're a small community of working families who have never asked for help before.
We have formed a volunteer committee, and I'm the treasurer, so I'll post receipts for everything we buy.
We buy supplies locally and in bulk, so the money goes further. Receipts and photos will be posted in updates.
Where the $2,900 goes:
• Roofing sheets and timber: $1,250
• Clean water and purification supplies: $280
• Bedding, blankets and mattresses: $280
• Food parcels for displaced families: $530
• Tools and labor for repairs: $560
Thanks for reading all this.

You're not alone, Ricardo. Great idea, hope you get there. It's not much but it's yours. Thinking of Vitória da Conquista.
Thinking of you and your family, Ricardo. Shared it with a few friends. Love from Katowice.
More neighborhoods should do this. Put this on a community board in Brescia this morning.
