Waylon is opening a language school and needs a mentor who has done it

A short monthly mentoring call on pricing, suppliers and bookkeeping would help a first-time founder.

I'm launching a language school in Los Angeles next November. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out. I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a language school, willing to have a monthly call for the first four months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers. If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it. Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.

Stay strong, Waylon. It takes guts to ask. Well done. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Blessings.

          • So sorry you're going through this. Hope this works out for you. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. Thinking of Los Angeles.
