Warm clothes needed: Union Women's Shelter families in Cologne
A simple way to help: donate warm clothing for kids at Union Women's Shelter.
🇩🇪 Cologne, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany631 views
I coordinate donations at Union Women's Shelter in Cologne. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled.
We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes toddler through teen. If you're in Cologne, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at Union Women's Shelter on Sunday between 10am and 3pm.
If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate.
Items go to families directly and the rest to the Union Women's Shelter clothing bank, which is open to everyone.
I hope life is good to you.

Sending good thoughts. Gave what I could, wish it was more. My brother had a similar thing happen so this one hit home.
Shared this with my family. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust. Take care!
rooting for you. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it.
Looking forward to the next update. I'm in construction myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you. Love from Austin.
Wishing you the best, Ida. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Take care.
