Warm clothes needed: Union Refugee Centre families in Quezon City
A simple way to help: donate warm clothing for kids at Union Refugee Centre.

I coordinate donations at Union Refugee Centre in Quezon City. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled.
We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes toddler through teen. If you're in Quezon City, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at Union Refugee Centre on Thursday between 11am and 4pm.
If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate.
Items go to families directly and the rest to the Union Refugee Centre clothing bank, which is open to everyone.
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

wishing you peace. Your post was clear and honest. Thinking of Quezon City.
take care, Angelica. Rent stress is the worst. Hope this helps. Take care
Sending love, Angelica. I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. Thinking of Quezon City.
You're not alone. Shared it with a few friends. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. All the best.
Thanks for sharing this. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. Take care.
