Warm clothes needed: Union Refugee Centre families in Newcastle
Coats, boots, hats and gloves are needed before the rains.

I coordinate donations at Union Refugee Centre in Newcastle. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled.
We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes toddler through teen. If you're in Newcastle, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at Union Refugee Centre on Sunday between 11am and 4pm.
If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate.
Items go to families directly and the rest to the Union Refugee Centre clothing bank, which is open to everyone.
If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people.

Take care. I hope your landlord gives you a bit more time while this comes together. Love from Narayanganj.
Hope it all works out. Rent stress is the worst. Hope this helps. Don't give up.
So sorry you're going through this, Rowan. It takes guts to ask. Well done. Don't give up. Love from Milan.
Wishing you peace, Rowan. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. My neighbor in Ikeja donated after I showed her your page. God bless.
Wishing you the best. Looking forward to the next update. Please keep us posted. Thinking of Newcastle.
