Toronto
I coordinate donations at the Unity Primary School in Toronto. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled. We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes 4-12. If you're in Toronto, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at the Unity Primary School on Thursday between 10am and 2pm. If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate. Items go to families directly and the rest to the the Unity Primary School clothing bank, which is open to everyone. I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

  • hope it all works out. I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. My neighbor in Jakarta donated after I showed her your page

Take care, Isaac. Looking forward to the next update. Sent it to 28 people at work. Take care

      • You're not alone. Shared this with my family. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Thinking of Toronto.
