I coordinate donations at the Sycamore Primary School in Wudil. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled. We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes toddler through teen. If you're in Wudil, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at the Sycamore Primary School on Saturday between 11am and 3pm. If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate. Items go to families directly and the rest to the the Sycamore Primary School clothing bank, which is open to everyone. I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

  • Wishing you peace. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Wish I lived closer to Springfield so I could bring a meal. Love from Likoni.

    • So sorry you're going through this. Gave what I could, wish it was more. My brother had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. God bless.

Hope things get better soon, Nkechi. Looking forward to the next update. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. Greetings from Santos.

Thinking of you. A secure home matters so much. Hope you're settled soon. My mother had a similar thing happen so this one hit home

          • Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. After 23 years in logistics I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Love from Dwarka.
